Autumn House Psychology provides mental health assessments and interventions which are individually tailored to each clients needs and circumstances. How to Access:
Medicare
To obtain a Medicare rebate of $141.85, ask your GP for a referral and Mental Health Care Plan which will allow up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. You can either bring this to your first appointment or ask your GP to email it through directly.
Private Referring Clients
As a private client no referral is needed, just contact us via phone or email to book your first appointment.
Private Health Insurance
Any eligible rebate from your Health Fund will be subject to your personal cover and fund entitlements. An invoice after each appointment can be provided which you can use to claim through your private health insurance. Contact your Health fund for further information.

Workers Compensation & CTP
Sarah is an approved Workers Compensation provider and will see clients under Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance.
Telehealth
Sarah can provide Telehealth sessions if there are barriers to attending face to face.
