Clinical Psychologist

Sarah is passionate about helping her clients achieve meaningful change in their lives. She places a strong emphasis on creating a respectful therapeutic relationship and appreciates each client’s uniqueness and views therapy as a collaborative process. She works within a person-centered and strength-based framework, seeing therapy as an opportunity to utilize and build upon each client’s existing skills and strengths.
Sarah has experience working with clients across the lifespan, from adolescents through to aged care residents. She values working with clients of all ages, diverse cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQAI+ community. Sarah’s experience has come from working in private practice, non-government organizations, the Older Peoples Mental Health Service within NSW Health, and Psycho-Oncology.
Sarah’s special areas of interest include working with people of any age who have had adverse life experiences, mood and anxiety disorders and older aged adults and the adjustment that comes with the physical, emotional, and cognitive changes from aging.

Sarah has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master in Clinical Psychology at the University of Newcastle. She is a registered Clinical Psychologist and holds general registration with Clinical Endorsement through the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
